Since this chakra is located in the throat and governs higher communication, speaking, hearing and listening, it helps us to understand our inner truth and convey it with our voice to the outside world. Speaking (and listening) are key as we show up in the world authentically and in our truth. The emotions that are linked to this energy center are faith and understanding. I love this blend because it opens up my voice and allows my truth to be conveyed easily.
