Meet Stacie | Adaptive Yoga Teacher & Mindfulness Guide in Colorado
I’m Stacie — a yoga teacher, mentor, writer, and creative spirit with over 18 years of experience in adaptive yoga, chair yoga, and therapeutic movement practices.
My work has primarily focused on teaching in assisted living communities, rehabilitation settings, and for individuals living with neurological conditions, mobility limitations, or chronic pain.
Based in Colorado Springs, I specialize in helping people reconnect with their bodies in a safe, supportive, and accessible way through gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness-based healing practices.
