I never in a million years thought that I would be an online yoga teacher. Ever. And here we are.

After much reflection I realized that this online thing isn’t so bad after all. Without an online platform I would not get to share yoga with over 50 individuals with disabilities in Maryland and Virginia. I would not be sharing yoga with an agency in California that reaches thousands of low income seniors. I would not have met and found a should sister from New Jersey who has become a dear friend.

Never say never. And we are just getting started. I have some BIG ideas brewing and cannot wait to solidify my next path.
