Welcome to Embracing Wisdom and Wellness — a heart-centered space where mindful living, gentle movement, soulful rituals, and healing converge.

I’m Stacie, a yoga teacher, mentor, writer, and creative spirit dedicated to helping others live with presence, grace, and self-compassion. With over 18 years of experience teaching adaptive yoga, particularly in assisted living communities and to those navigating neurological conditions or recovery, I’ve seen firsthand how mindfulness and movement can transform lives — even in the most unexpected ways.

This blog began as a way to document my journey — through chronic pain, seven surgeries (and counting), and the deep emotional layers of healing. It’s evolved into a rich library of resources, reflections, and rituals to help you embrace your own wisdom and wellness, no matter where you are on your path.
