The last several years I have hosted a Sacred Circle to close out the year in my sacred space/yoga studio. This ceremony includes a gathering of souls to collectively release the year and make space for the new days ahead. Using Palo santo, meditation, sound bowls and intention we release the energy of the year.

While this years Sacred Circle won’t be held in person, I am so excited to open up my studio to anyone, anywhere to join in this very powerful ceremony. Through the power of technology, we can all come together to say goodbye to this year. The collective consciousness and release can be a powerful tool to creating space for a new year.
