Sitting with the anticipation of the opening of the sunflower this beauty was my meditation partner this morning.

She came randomly into my garden, right in the center a bed that overlooks my yard. Right in the middle…some may say she is blocking my view, but I say she is standing in her glory, taking up all the space she deserves, and showing up in her own glorious way.

After all, sunflowers are a symbol of luck, prosperity, faith, protection and spirituality. She has been speaking to me for weeks now. Whispering soft reminders and sweet sounds of truth.

She also tells me to not spend so much time anticipating the bloom, and instead see the glory of right now; the growth, the tenacity, the consistency.
