Habits of Health

Are you guys battling illness? I am happy to say I am not. Some may say that it is a miracle since I am in long term care centers all day long, but I know it isn’t a miracle at all. Instead I am very deliberate and consistent when it comes to habits of health.

Here is what I do to keep my immune system strong—
