Flower Essential Oils

Which Flower oils work well together?

When blending oils together, keep this tip in mind:

Flowers are all considered to be in the Floral category & blend well with oils in the woody, citrus or spicy category.

??Floral oils: Lavender, geranium, jasmine, ylang ylang, rose, neroli

??Woody oils: Douglas Fir, cedar wood, cypress, sandalwood, juniper, frankincense, myrrh

??Citrus oils: Grapefruit, lemon, wild orange, bergamot, tangerine, lemongrass

??Spicy oils: Clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, ginger, cardamom

To blend, start with a floral oil of your choice. Add in an additional oil from any of the 3 categories. Give it a good whiff. Does it resonate with you? The fun is in the experimenting!

My favorite way to blend flower oils are the following:

Lavender & cedar wood – Nice, woodsy smell & so calming!

Neroli & lime – Uplifting & energizing!

Jasmine & Douglas Fir – Try this! It’s very grounding & balancing. 🙂

Rose & Bergamot – Join the oil of self love & divine love and WOW!!
