Wellness Wednesday! (A day late☺️)

Do you ever feel like you can’t catch your breath, or you’re mind is spinning, or even your physical body feels tense and tight?

I know for me sometimes my busy schedule can make me feel like this. We know that there is correlation with stress and cortisol levels, and cortisol levels lead to not so good diseases.

Check this out though! Science says controlled breathing may help alleviate stress. Simply taking mindful and full breaths can lower your stress, which means your cortisol is lower.

Plus you’ll be an overall happier person! Take some deep breaths, fill your lungs and then smile!
