Have you swapped out some of your chemicals for oils? Itβs pretty easy and intuitive to do once you start!
Here is my list of swaps:
π± shower door cleaner β eucalyptus and melaleuca
π± toilet and sink scrub β baking soda, on guard cleaning concentrate, , vinegar, lemon EO
π± floor cleaner β vinegar, peppermint and lemon EO
π± wood polish β olive oil, water, arborvitae and wild orange EO, or lemon EO
π± glass cleaner β vinegar and lemon EO
π± goof off β lemon EO
π± facial toner β witch hazel, water, melaleuca, lavender, geranium
π± anti-aging serum β rose wood oil, frankincense, geranium, myrrh, rose, jasmine and neroli EO
π± dry shampoo β arrow root powder, dried cinnamon (bc I am a redhead), rosemary and melaleuca EO
π± between washing hair spritzer β water, rosemary, geranium, melaleuca, lavender and clary sage EO
π± bath bombs β baking soda, citric acid, Epsom and EO
π± pepto β peppermint and ginger EO
π± seasonal threats β lemon, lavender and peppermint (combined a natural antihistamine combo)
π± body butter/lotion β shea butter, coconut oil, EO
π± carpet freshener β baking soda and lemon EO
π± ant and insect killer β peppermint
π± make up remover β lavender and witch hazel
And my list goes on and on and on. A fraction of the cost, and no chemicals in, on or around my body.
