Being in nature is the number one way that I refuel myself. Even if time does not allow me to head to the hills, every day I choose to walk outside–at least once!
With all the stimulus we receive from technology and a fast paced world, coming back to the quietness of a forest is such a great way to recharge, reconnect and refuel.
