Private Yoga

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but too intimidated by a large class setting and not sure what you’re doing? Private yoga is a great option for many.

Benefits of private yoga include:

  • focus on personal goals
  • developing a plan for a home practice
  • hands-on adjustments (if in person)
  • deepening of your personal practice

In my private sessions, I incorporate essential oils, meditation and chakra awareness.  I also offer remote classes via SKYPE.
